Orders, Returns & Exchanges
1) Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you notice any errors or issues with your order, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible.
2) How can I track my order?
We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order status from your Swaas account. Go to your Order History, select the order, and click on the link under “Shipping Method – Track My Shipment.” Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.
3) Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?

1) How do I keep track of my subscription(s)?
From the home page of our website, log into your Swaas account. From there, you can see and edit any active subscriptions you have. You can also see your order history as well as your shipping and billing information.
2) Can I put my subscription on hold?
Yes, from your Swaas account you can pause your subscription or skip your next shipment.
3) How do I edit the items in my custom subscription bundle?
- Log into your Swaas account and go to “Manage Subscriptions”.
- Under your custom subscription bundle, select “Edit” then “Add, remove or replace products from your bundle”.

4) How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Swaas account. Select the trash bin icon underneath the subscription and follow the prompts.
